MANSFIELD — Three men and a woman are among the list of Most Wanted fugitives in north central Ohio this week, compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.
Jessica Williams is 5-foot, 95 pounds. She has blonde hair and hazel eyes. Officials say she is wanted for aggravated possession of drugs. Williams has ties to the Mansfield area.
Derek Hollaway Jr. is 6-foot-2, 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Hollaway is wanted for failure to appear on an obstructing justice charge, according to authorities. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
Bradley Fisher II is 5-foot-11, 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Officials say he is wanted for burglary. Fisher has ties to the Mansfield area.
Samuel Powell is 5-foot-10, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. According to authorities he is wanted for a probation violation an an aggravated burglary charge. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
