MANSFIELD — The Holden Agency is excited to welcome Troy Sapp to its team.
Troy Sapp, born in Winter Garden, Florida, moved to Ontario as a young child. After graduating from Ontario, Sapp went on to college and obtained a degree in business administration and then worked within the banking and manufacturing supervision fields.
After developing colon cancer in 2016, Sapp realized there was no better time than the present to fulfill his dream of becoming a real estate agent.
“I want to help my clients achieve their dreams. Whether it’s buying their first home, a vacation home, or selling their starter home to upgrade to a family home, I want to be there every step of the way.
“Buying a home is one of the biggest steps of your life, so I look forward to the excitement of helping clients find their dream home.”

Troy currently resides in Ontario with his wife Cathy and two daughters, Kennedy and Molly. When not working, Troy can be found at Snow Trails and on the sidelines coaching his daughter’s soccer team.
