PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Yanhai Power, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of South Carolina (“the Company”), hereby requests that any person(s) having claims against the Company shall present them in written form by mail addressed to the attention of Yanhai Du, Managing Member of Yanhai Power, LLC, 402 Hopestone Crossing, Irmo, South Carolina 29063, with a copy to S. David Worhatch, Esq., 4920 Darrow Road, Stow, Ohio 44224-1406, counsel for the Ohio limited liability company acquiring substantially all of the assets of the Company. Claims submitted in accordance with this notice shall state set forth the date(s) on which any service was rendered for the Company’s benefit and/or any product was supplied to the Company, the amount(s) claimed for the same, and all purchase orders, contracts, and invoices substantiating such amount(s). If any trade secret or intellectual property right or interest in technology asserted or maintained by the Company forms the basis for any part of any claim(s) submitted in accordance with this notice or is implicated thereby, such claim(s) shall set forth the nature and extent of the trade secret(s), intellectual property right(s), and/or technology interest(s) involved and all contracts, licenses, instruments, patents, patent applications, and other documents substantiating such claim(s). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any claim against the Company is barred by operation of South Carolina law unless a proceeding to enforce such claim is commenced within five years after publication of this notice.
