MANSFIELD – Mechanics Bank has announced the addition of Jason Painley to its business team.
Painley joined the bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University and a Masters of Business Administration from John Carroll University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
Painley serves as Board member of Parent Aide, Vice President and Board member for the Central Ohio Chapter of the Risk Management Association (RMA) and Advisory Board member for American Bankers Association (ABA).
Mechanics Bank is Richland County’s only independent, community bank with nine locations in Richland County.
