ASHLAND — University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center’s dietetic technician Amy Frese will present “Clean Eating & a Whole Foods Diet: Getting Back to Nature,” Monday, Dec. 4 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The program, which is free and open to the public, will be held at UH Samaritan on Main, 663 E. Main St.
The old adage “you are what you eat” is true. Eating whole foods – foods that are mostly unchanged – can fight against nutritional deficiencies and chronic diseases. Clean eating also reduces the risk of diabetes, cancer, heart disease and more. Commit to your health and join Frese to learn more about clean eating.
This program is part of UH Samaritan’s popular Community Education series. Please register for this program by calling 419-207-2563. For a complete listing of upcoming events, visit UHSamaritan.org.
