Last week an editorial team from Richland Source made a number of presentations at the Local Independent Online News conference in Chicago. One of those programs was an explanation of the homecoming photo galleries and Countdown to Christmas high school choir videos we’ve produced.
These features were wildly popular with our readers across all of our social channels, and that has resonated across the country. On Wednesday, in a national story, the Poynter Institute published its list of top ideas shared at the conference, led by the Richland Source presentation.
In addition, the LION attendees also voted the Richland Source’s presentation (in the 40 Ideas in 40 minutes session) the top idea of the Chicago conference.
