  • Stanley Stamper, 43, is 5-foot-10, 170 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for failure to appear at a pretrial on an original charge of possession of heroin. Authorities say he has ties to Mansfield, Lima, and Wooster. 

  • Sheena Spreng, 29, is 5-foot-7, 125 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. She is wanted for assault. Authorities say she has ties to Loudonville.
