ONTARIO — Rock Road, between Stiving Road and Springmill West Road in Springfield Township, will be closed starting Thursday, July 6 through Friday, July 7, according to the Richland County Engineer’s Office.
The closure will allow Norfolk Southern Railroad to make improvements to their crossing.
