BUCYRUS — Fourteen people were arraigned by Crawford County Prosecutor Matt Crall, headlined by a rape and gross sexual imposition charge, according to a Monday press release.

There were three people arraigned with drug charges, two burglary charges and one thievery charge. In total there were 14 cases under arraignment with 22 charges filed.

In addition, Crall said seven cases remain sealed with 13 more charges.

Robert Cooley was charged with rape and gross sexual imposition. He has a $1 million bond, the prosecutor noted.

Frederick Miller is facing third-degree felony charges for domestic violence and intimidation. He has a $200,000 bond.

Jose Medina Jr. is charged with a fourth-degree felony of assault on a peace officer. He has a $100,000 bond.

Jessica Short is charged with a second-degree felony of burglary. She has a $150,000 bond.
