MANSFIELD — Volunteers are needed to take down the U.S. flags that were put on the Veterans graves for Memorial Day at the Mansfield Cemetery starting no earlier than 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 3.
Be sure to notice the change in location at the cemetery. Organizers ask volunteers to meet at the Flagpole at the Veterans Honor Grounds in the BACK of the cemetery and Veterans will be there to give instructions on removing the flags.
All Scouting groups and other groups are welcome to help with this important project to help us all remember our veterans and what they have done for us. This project is sponsored by The Mansfield Community Memorial and Patriotic Association.
