BUCYRUS – Nine people were indicted after the latest session of the Crawford County Grand Jury.

Prosecutor Matthew Crall arraigned nine cases with 39 charges as of April 24. Three cases remain unserved with six charges.

Two cases in April were set with bonds set at $500,000, with two other case bonds set at $250,000.

The following people were indicted by the Crawford County grand jury:

• Kevin Foust, two counts of theft of drugs (F4), aggravated burglary (F1) and robbery (F2).

• Nicholas Buell, importuning (F4), four counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles (F5), 11 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor (F4).

• Richard Castle, harassment by bodily fluid (F5), criminal trespassing (M4), disorderly conduct (M4).

• Shawn Cary, possession of drugs (F5), drug paraphernalia (M4), possessing drug abuse instruments (M2)

• Joshua Prosser, two counts of theft of drugs (F3), aggravated burglary (F1), robbery (F2).

• Steven McMillian, tampering with evidence (F3), domestic violence (M1), illegal cultivation of marijuana (M4).

• Paul Holmes, domestic violence (F4), endangering children (M1).

• Joshua Protzman, possession of drugs (F5).

• Shawna Kirgis, felonious assault (f2), using weapons while intoxicated (M1), domestic violence (M1).
