BUCYRUS — The majority of the cases arraigned at the Crawford County Grand Jury as of April 10 involve drug charges.
Prosecutor Matthew Crall arraigned 10 cases in April with 23 charges. Three cases remain unserved with seven charges.
There were three cases in April with bonds set at half a million dollars. Two of the cases involved theft of drugs and robbery, the third case was an aggravated burglary.
The following people were arraigned by the Crawford County grand jury:
• George M. Scott Jr., possession of drugs (F5) and drug paraphernalia (M4)
• Thomas Owens, having weapons under disability (F3), possession of drugs (F5), drug paraphernalia (F4), possessing drug abuse instruments (M2)
• Kassandra A. Miller, possession of drugs (F5), assault on a peace officer (F4), harassment with bodily substance (F5), resisting arrest (M1)
• Joshua L. Prosser, theft of drugs (F4) and robbery (F2)
• Kevin Foust, theft of drugs (F4) and robbery (F2)
• Clifford Daughtery, two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (F4)
• Delbert Myers, burglary (F2), domestic violence (M1), domestic threats (M4)
• Kimberly Benson, theft of drugs (F4)
• Tammy Palm, deception to obtain dangerous drug (F5), illegal processing of drug documents (F4)
• Anthony Burns, aggravated burglary (F1)
