BUCYRUS – Crawford County’s March arraignments involve a number of sexually-related cases.

Prosecutor Matthew Crall arraigned 15 cases in March with a total of 23 charges. Six cases with seven charges remain unserved and sealed, while four cases with six charges remain unsealed.

The largest bond was set at $2 million for the case of Donald C. Fisher, a first-degree rape charge involving a victim under the age of five.

The following people were arraigned by the Crawford County grand jury:

• Kyle Stiltner, robbery (F2).

• Tyler Wireman, tampering with evidence (F3).

• Robert H. Fisher, domestic violence (F3).

• Adam Hagerty, theft (F4).

• Anthony L. Ross, possession of heroin (F4).

• Stephen M.A. Shankle, domestic violence (F4), assault (M1), resisting arrest (M2), concealed carry weapon (M1), endangering children (M1).

• Bruce Christlieb, harassment by inmate (F5).

• Ryan J. Noe, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor (F2), with Tier II sex offender designation.

• Nathan S. Mcie, two counts of rape (F1) with specification of force on each count, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles (F5) with Tier III sex offender designation.

• Anissa S. Surgener, two counts of theft (F5), two counts of forgery (F5).

• Duane M. Lutz, improperly handling firearms (F5), having weapons under disability (F3), hunting without permission (M3) with forfeiture of property.

• Angela R. Chatman, two counts of possession of drugs (F5), possession of drugs (M1).

• Donald C. Fisher, rape (F1) with specification, victim under age of five.

• Tonya S. Laferty, tampering with evidence (F3), possession (F5).

• Bonnie Hart, theft (F5).
