MANSFIELD — Richland Public Health is asking for the public’s help in locating a cat which has been implicated in the bite of a person.
The cat is described as a black and white female that was last seen in the area of 2385 Hecht Road on Tuesday, Aug. 16.
No one should approach the cat, but if it’s seen call the health department at 419-774-4500.
