ASHLAND — The Ashland County Community Foundation (ACCF) held its Annual Donor Thank You Luncheon on Thursday, June 23. This special luncheon was to say “thank-you” and to recognize those donors who created individual funds during the current 2015-2016 fiscal year.
Donors were introduced by ACCF’s Executive Director James M. Cutright and presented with a framed certificate. Donors then spoke to the heart, mission and purpose of their funds.
The following donors created new Endowment Funds in the past year:
- Catherine Swope, with Ashland Parenting Plus for the Ashland Parenting Plus Agency Fund
- Rosemarie Donley, with Associated Charities for the Associated Charities Agency Fund
- Adrian Bauer for the Adrian and Louise Bauer Family Fund
- Ralph and Betty Jo Tomassi for the “Dog’s Best Friend” Endowment Fund
- Rick and Ann Emmons for the Richard and Ann Emmons Donor Advised Fund
- Becky, Katie and Abigail Fossaceca for the Eleanor “Ellie” Fossaceca Memorial Fund
- Dr. Brad Hendrickson for Barbara Hendrickson Endowment Fund, FBO Hospice of North Central Ohio
- Steve Dickerson, with Hillsdale Local Schools for the Hillsdale Educational Endowment Fund
- Larry McConnell and Ralph Tomassi, with Hospice of North Central Ohio for the Sandra J. Rule Dauch “Hospice-NCO Volunteer of the Year Award” Fund and the Hospice of North Central Ohio “Special Wishes Program” Fund

Cutright said, “ACCF exists to give a voice to those with needs. We ask on their behalf and we say thank you on their behalf. It is with deep appreciation that we acknowledge the generosity of our donors in the creating of endowment funds that have made it possible for the foundation to distribute more than $8.6 million back to our community.”
