BELLVILLE — If you talk with Jim Wilson, you’ll discover his passion for selling real estate.
“I like being with people, I’m old school,” Wilson said.
The new Bellville office recently opened in mid-April on Main Street. With offices in Bellville, Shelby and Lexington, Wilson serves a significant portion of north central Ohio including, but not limited to, Richland, Ashland, Morrow, Crawford, Knox, and Huron counties.
“We recently also opened the Shelby office. We currently have over 20 contracts pending,” Wilson said.
Wilson Family Realty was founded on the principles of fairness and honesty, he said. The company believes in a basic and simple philosophy of providing the highest level of quality service to customers and clients, serving Mansfield, Lexington, Bellville, Shelby, Butler and Ontario.
Wilson has a distinguished career in real estate as north central Ohio’s Top Selling Realtor for 15 consecutive years; he is Richland County’s only Pinnacle of Performance Award Winner (4 times) and he is a full-time Licensed Realtor since 1996 specializing in all types of real estate.
Outside the office, Wilson is an avid outdoorsman.
“My roots are in Butler. My parents wanted the best they could afford for their kids. I grew up like a modern-day Tom Sawyer,” he said. “It’s heaven on earth for me to be in my tree stand in Butler.”
Wilson Family Realty is really a family business with his daughter, Amanda, and son, Kirk, joining the company.
Amanda Wilson Reese is a Real Estate Broker and Realtor and has been a full-time licensed realtor since 2005. She is a Board of Directors Member for the Mansfield Association of Realtors, a member of Richland Young Professionals and is a S.T.A.R.S Volunteer (Standing Together Affiliates and Realtors Strong).
J. Kirk Wilson is a full-time licensed realtor since 2011; earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; is a Commissioned Officer in the Ohio National Guard and is a Richland Young Professionals member.
