Phil has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years, with the last four and one-half years as Magistrate of the Mansfield Municipal Court. He has first-hand knowledge of the current drug epidemic, and has a plan in place that will help fight the problem. A plan that is progressive and inclusive of all possible treatments, not limiting the scope of attacking this battle.
