This November Richland County will be presented with an unique opportunity to help shape the future of our county. It is my hope that you will join me in electing Phil Naumoff to the position of Common Pleas Court Judge.
As is the case with so many today who are engaged in social media, I am quite sure you have had occassion to press your ears to the collective rails of Mansfield, and understand that we are in the throes of an unprecidented opiate epidemic. Unchecked, it threatens to insidiously derail the future progress of our county. Currently, we do not have a plan that is working.
In Phil Naumoff we have a voice that is poised to tackle the problem. He not only cares about the issue at hand, but stands ready with a plan to reduce the recidivism of opiate users by meeting the problem at its roots.
