Richland County has the opportunity to elect a judge who is intelligent, fair-minded and honest, with impeccable credentials. Phil Naumoff is currently serving as the magistrate in the Mansfield Municipal Court.
Mr. Naumoff is extremely concerned about the crime and drugs in this community and wants to use the position of Judge of Common Pleas to help cut down on all crimes. Mr. Naumoff has done extensive research in battling the drug issue and has a plan to help curtail the use and recidivism of drug users. This plan also includes prosecuting drug pushers and getting them off our streets.
A vote for Phil Naumoff is a vote for a safer community.
