Update: At 7:45 a.m. the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that the child was found safe.
A child from Springdale, Ohio has been abducted by her father, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The father is driving a 2003 gray Chevrolet Suburban, Ohio plates:FNV 7233 .
The child is a 6-year-old black female named Kelcie Hawkins. She is 3’6″, 40 pounds, and last seen wearing a light blue tank top, royal blue shorts and pink shoes.
The abductor is Kaelin Terron Hawkins, a black male, 6′ 1″, 190 pounds. He has tattoos on his left arm, abdomen, right arm and scar on his right thigh.
