Connie Hanshaw had been promoted to administrative manager, according to Jeff Parton, assistant vice president of Richland Bank Branch Administration. Hanshaw is the branch manager of the West Park Banking Center.
Hanshaw joined the bank more than eight years ago as a branch support specialist. She was promoted to teller supervisor at West Park in 2007 and then assistant manager in 2009. In 2012, Hanshaw took over the West Park Banking Office as the branch manager.
Her community leadership comes in many forms. Hanshaw is an active member in Mansfield Kiwanis currently serving as vice president and a K Kids advisor at Malabar School. She is also a board member for the Domestic Violence Shelter and is co-lead for the 179th Airlift Wing Family Readiness Group volunteer program. Hanshaw has followed her passion for the history of Richland County as a guild member and tour guide for Oak Hill Cottage. She also serves as board member and treasurer of the Richland County Historical Society.
Connie is also active within the bank serving the on the operations committee, staff meeting committee and traditional branch marketing committee.
