The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Mobile Outreach Center will make its monthly visit to the office of the Mansfield Branch, NAACP, Suite 409 of the Richland Bank Building, 3 North Main Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2014.
Anyone who has an employment discrimination complaint resulting from disparate treatment based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age (40 or older), disability, or retaliation (because you complained about job discrimination, gave evidence in a job discrimination matter or filed a charge of job discrimination with the EEOC) may file a complaint with the EEOC on March 11, 2014.
Any alleged act(s) of discrimination must have occurred within 300 days of the date of filing the complaint.
