The National Weather Service in Cleveland reported, at 10:44 a.m. Wednesday, that the hazardous weather outlook for north central and northwest Ohio extends through the night.

Wind chills values are expected to drop to -10 to -15 again overnight as the next push of arctic air arrives. A wind chill advisory may again be needed Thursday night as wind chill values will range from -10 to -20.

The cold wind chills will pose a threat to those who are outside with exposed skin. Animals should also be protected from the cold wind chills.
