On Friday, December 20, there will be a live music show at Chris’s Bar & Grill on Fourth Street in Mansfield. The event is held and promoted by Clash @ Events. The bands playing include Mahoney & the Pliers, Tv Movie, Divebomb, and DirtyWax.
The event is free of charge and starts at 9 p.m. All are welcome, but those under age 18 are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Chris’s Cafe will be serving food and drinks during the show.
Clash @ Events is an effort spurred on by James Amos of the band Tv Movie. According to Amos, he wants to “clash different sounds together at different venues.” These events have been found at a number of different locations in Mansfield, like Chris’s Cafe, Karma, Relax, It’s Just Coffee, and The Happy Grape.
