Minutemen fall to Wooster

The Lexington Minutemen traveled to Wooster for a Friday night basketball matchup. The Generals prevailed, 60-45.

Lex went into the half trailing just 24 to the Generals’ 28. After the break, the Minutemen stayed in contention inching within 3 points by the end of the third. Entering the fourth, the score had Wooster leading 39-36.

That’s when the hammer dropped. Wooster put up 21 points in the final period and held Lexington to just 9 for the quarter for a final score of 60-45.
