On Saturday October 26, the METRICH Enforcement Unit will be partnering with local law enforcement to present another Prescription Take Back Event for the community. This event is sponsored by the Mansfield Police Department, Shelby Police Department, Bellville Police Department, Richland County Solid Waste Management, Richland County Mental Health Board, Med Central Hospital, and Richland County Health Department.
Richland County will have three locations for prescription drug drop off; Solid Waste Management Facility located at 1125 National Parkway, Bellville Police Department located at 320 Bell Street Bellville, and the Shelby Police Department located at 3100 Wareham Ave, Shelby. Each location will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday October 26.
