With the amount of precipitation Richland County has had, the mosquito population may be growing but the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department is providing continued spraying this week.

Mosquito Spraying is scheduled as follows:

Tuesday Evening, July 9

North Central State College campus make-up date

Sandusky Township – Flowers Rd., Russellwood, Millsboro W. Rd., Lime RD., Steven Rd., Crestview Dr., Lohr Rd.

Springfield Township – Brookdale Dr., Walcrest Dr. area, Hook Rd., Beam Rd.

Wednesday Morning, July 10

Mansfield City – Main St. to South Illinois between Cook Rd and Park Ave. East

Wednesday Evening, July 10

Charles Mill Campground

Pleasant Hill Campground

Eagle Point Campground

Bloominggrove Township – Reynolds Rd., Snake RD., Ganges E. Rd., Wells Rd. to Adario W. Rd., Shenandoah, Rome, Shelby-Ganges Rd.

Note: Missed spray schedule due to adverse weather conditions/equipment malfunction or other may be made-up/substituted any morning or evening during that week.

Services may be delayed/cancelled due to low mosquito counts or due to adverse weather conditions including wind, rain, or low temperature. Individuals may request exemption from services by calling the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department at 419-774-4520. Individuals requesting exemption, including any/all beekeepers, last year or in prior years must call the Health Department again so we can add you to the list and update our records.
