Elizabeth’s Boutique in Lexington is under new management and has been revamped for optimal organization and customer satisfaction. The boutique is a trendy little shop, locally owned and operated, offering unique items from designers like BILA, Esley, Level 99, Vera Wang, and many others. Jewelry, fashion scarves, and Ohio State University women’s clothing complete the merchandise offerings.
Items for sale include skirts, tops, dresses, jeans, dress pants, jewelry, unique furniture, purses, and more. There are fashion items available for women ages 16 and over.
Marian Webster has owned Elizabeth’s Boutique for more than 30 years, and until recently her granddaughters ran the store. Then Neva Willgrubs joined the store in February and was very excited about making positive changes for the store. Her focus is changing the appearance of the boutique for more efficient use of the space so that customers can really see all of the merchandise.
Willgrubs considers piecing together outfits for mannequins an art. She said she continues to learn as she explores what pieces complement one another.
“There is so much potential with the items we have. I love piecing them together so that our guests can see how things coordinate. It’s incredible, and I am always learning more and growing more as I explore my creative side with these fashions,” said Willgrubs.
“We’re looking forward to the future, reaching a new demographic, and getting a fresh, updated look for a new audience,” she added.
Willgrubs also decided to post the boutique on Facebook. A 2012 Pew Study showed that 47 percent of adults who were online were also on Facebook.
