MANSFIELD — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has rewards available and is interested in tips for any of the following fugitives.
Authorities have offered a 1,000 reward for information leading directly to the arrest of Tyler Morley. Morley is 22, 5-foot-11, 140 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is sought for felonious assault on a police officer, a first-degree felony, and domestic violence. Morley has ties to Mansfield and Ashland.
Richard Kiser, 56, is 5-foot-7, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is sought for failure to provide change of address as a sex offender. Officials say Kiser has ties to Mansfield and Hartford, Alabama.
Charles Roper, 49, is 5-foot-6, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for domestic violence. Authorities say Roper has ties to the Mansfield area.
Corey Motley, 40, is 5-foot-10, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is sought for a supervised release violation out of federal probation. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
