Downtown Shelby momentum continues with redevelopment of 19 Mansfield Ave.
SHELBY — The Milliron Foundation has acquired 19 Mansfield Ave. in Shelby and will redevelop it into apartments, the Shelby Community Improvement Corporation announced Tuesday. The redevelopment will include extensive renovations over the next three years, transforming the building into approximately 24 market-rate residential units, including a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
