MOUNT VERNON — The Capt. Peter Chapman II Composite Squadron, Civil Air Patrol, has announced the following cadet promotions and awards for the month of November 2026. Cadet Airman Andrew Morton has been promoted to Cadet Airman 1st Class upon completion of the General Hap Arnold Achievement.
