MANSFIELD — The Richland County 4-H program held its annual 4-H Honor Program on Sunday, Nov.12. It was “Kids’ Day” on Wednesday afternoon at the 173rd Richland County Fair on the north side of Mansfield. Ride wristbands for unlimited rides were available for $10 between the hours of noon and 4 p.m. The annual fair at 750 N. Home Road continues through Saturday night.
