The Panthers had a 30-27 edge on the Minutemen at the beginning of the third quarter.
Lexington broke in front at the beginning of the final quarter with a 50-47 lead over Newark Licking Valley.
The Minutemen got the better of the fourth-quarter scoring, finishing the game in style with a 20-14 edge.
In recent action on Feb. 13, Lexington faced off against Ashland.
