Winds chill readings are expected to range from -5 to -15 degrees. Isolated locations may get as low as -20 degrees.
Northerly winds will range from near calm to 10 mph. Temperatures will range from near zero along the lakeshore to as low as -5 to -8 for inland locations. The cold temperatures will climb above freezing this morning.
The cold wind chills will pose a threat to those who are outside with exposed skin. Animals should also be protected from the cold wind chills.
