William (Bill) H. Miller, 92, of Mansfield passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026.
Bill was born July 31, 1933 in Bethlehem, Ohio to Henry and Barbara (Whisler) Miller. He was a 1951 graduate of St. Peter’s High School. Bill was a member of the Knights of Columbus where he obtained his 4th Degree. Having served in the Korean War he was a proud member of the Richland County Joint Veterans Burial Squad. Bill enjoyed family holidays, jigsaw puzzles, and cheering on the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Cleveland Guardians and the Green Bay Packers, but truly treasured his time spent with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bill was reunited in death with his beloved wife, Mary, who he married in 1953 and spend 65 years together as each other’s best friends and true loves.
Survivors include his children, David (Michele) Miller, Karen (Bill) Marshall, Carol (Dean) Kohler, William Jr. (Don) Miller, Andrew (Judy) Miller; grandchildren Samantha, Henry, Olivia, Mark (Ashley), Keith (Kristen), Andrea (Andrew), Jessica (Jeff); great-grandchildren Lilly, Luke, Collin, and Hudson.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10:00 – 11:00am at Resurrection Parish, 2600 Lexington Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Mansfield Catholic Cemetery with military honors being provided by the Richland County Joint Veteran’s Burial Squad.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richland County Joint Veterans Burial Squad, St. Peter Catholic Church, or Resurrection Parish.
