The first quarter gave Loudonville a 7-6 lead over Cardington-Lincoln.

The Redbirds fought to a 19-17 half margin at the Pirates’ expense.

Cardington-Lincoln tried to dig out of the hole by climbing within 28-27 in the third quarter.

The Redbirds held on with a 20-9 scoring edge in the final quarter.

Last season, Loudonville and Cardington-Lincoln faced off on Jan. 11, 2025 at Cardington High School.

In recent action on Jan. 2, Loudonville faced off against Galion Northmor and Cardington-Lincoln took on Mt Gilead on Jan. 2 at Cardington High School.
