MANSFIELD — Richland Public Health in collaboration with Avita, Cleveland Clinic, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, OhioHealth, and Third Street Family Health Services will present the 2nd annual FREE Community Health Day on Tuesday, July 22.
The event takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Richland Public Health parking lot located at 555 Lexington Ave Mansfield.
“We will be offering free/low cost health services and would love to have your organization join us,” the agencies stated in a press release. “We want to ensure our community members have the opportunity to improve their eight dimensions of personal wellness (physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, financial, occupational, environmental) that day, so all local organizations are welcome to register for free as a vendor.
“If you are interested in hosting a booth, bringing your mobile unit, or participating/volunteering in this event in some way, kindly take a moment to fill out the following Vendor Registration Form to reserve your spot.
As a token of their appreciation, a complimentary lunch will be provided to you and your team members during the event.
Also, your organization’s logo will be featured on the event webpage and upcoming ads.
Vendor registration deadline is Friday, July 11.
