PLYMOUTH — Valedictorian Katelyn Swingle encouraged her classmates not to forget their roots at this year’s Plymouth High School graduation.

“We all have one thing in common: no matter where life takes, for each of us, Plymouth will always be considered home,” Swingle said.

“These past 13 years have shaped us into the people we are today and they will always be a part of each of us.”

Plymouth High School’s Class of 2025 included 43 students, including salutatorian Kansas Huston, class president Matthew Gillum and vice presidents Kristen Swingle and Ava Stine.

The class chose their freshman history teacher Greg Silcox to deliver the commencement speech. The class chose the red rose as its flower and “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa as the class song.
