As Third Street continues to enhance their services and maximize their resources, they have made the strategic decision to transition the Hawkins Medical Center staff to the 600 W. Third St. location.
This decision was made with great consideration, ensuring that their patients continue to receive the best possible care.
Consolidating services to the 600 W. Third St. location allows Third Street to enhance access to comprehensive care, improve the patient experience, and eliminate the duplication of services.
600 W. Third St. offers expanded services, allowing them to provide more coordinated and efficient care for their patients.
With more providers and resources in one central location, they will streamline scheduling and offer a greater variety of healthcare services under one roof.
The Hawkins Medical Center location is in close proximity to 600 W. Third St. and by merging services, Third Street can better allocate resources to support their patients’ needs.
Third Street’s dedicated team is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Tonia Studer and her staff will be transferring to the 600 W Third St location, ensuring continuity of care for their patients.
Patients previously seen at Hawkins Medical Center are encouraged to schedule future appointments at 600 W Third St., where they will continue receiving the same compassionate, high-quality care — now conveniently located in the same building as Third Street Pharmacy.
Patients will be contacted via phone and letter regarding this transition. The last day for appointments at the Hawkins Medical Center will be on April 30. All providers and staff will be transitioning to the 600 W. Third St. location.
