MANSFIELD — The site of Buckeye Community School was the top real estate sale in Richland County for the month of January.
The owner of 1404 PAW LLC sold the 2.54-acre property and building to NL Property Holdings LLC for $7 million on Jan. 24.
Located at 1404 Park Ave. West, the previous owner bought the building from Leisha Mueller and Page A. Boer for $2.375 million in 2014.
The property was built in 1962 and has hosted Buckeye Community School since 2020. The tuition-free charter school serves students grades 9-12.
More than 140 other properties in Richland County also sold during the month of January, marking nearly $38 million in total value sold.
