SHILOH — The last few pounds of beef at the 58th annual Firemen’s Ox Roast sold out before 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Ten-thousand pounds of beef, cooked in a 90-foot long in-ground fire pit, were sold to local residents and attendees from surrounding communities during the two-day festival.

The annual Firemen’s Ox Roast parade began its stroll down West Main Street in Shiloh at 4 p.m. Saturday.

Live music was provided by Kickin Grass from 2 to 4 p.m. The festival concludes with a performance by Sourmash, played from 8 to 11 p.m. Saturday night.
