Mary Lou Haller, 82, of Mansfield passed away July 2, 2024 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital.

Mary Lou was born August 15, 1941 in Mansfield to George and Marian Miner Moyer. She was a 1959 graduate of St. Peter’s High School and worked as a receptionist for Women’s Care for many years. Mary Lou was a member of Red Hats, an auxiliary member of the Amvets, and volunteered at St. Peter’s Church in many different capacities. She loved gardening, bird watching, reading, watching sports and was always known as the life of the party, especially during St. Patrick’s day!

The family would like to say a special thank you to the Infusion Center at Mid-Ohio Health for all of their care and support!

Mary Lou is survived by her husband of 59 years, Ralph Haller; daughter Kristy (Mike) Middleton; son Ralph Haller; granddaughter, Olivia Haller; sister Julie Ferguson; brother George Moyer; many nieces, nephews and other family members.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Dorothy Gies, Peg Lietenberger, Phyllis Crooker.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross.

Per Mary Lou’s wishes, the family will hold a celebration of life at the Amvets at a later date.
