MANSFIELD — The Domestic Violence Shelter of Richland County is teaming with LeapYear Studios and OSU Mansfield for an exciting and impactful project aimed at raising awareness about teen dating violence.
The collaboration will result in a short film, and we are calling on local high school and college students to join us as actors.
The film will explore the realities of teen dating violence, shedding light on this widespread issue and promoting healthy relationships among teenagers.
It’s an excellent chance for young people to engage in meaningful dialogue, learn about the filmmaking process, and contribute to a project that could potentially help their peers navigate challenging situations.
Filming is scheduled for Dec. 2, at LeapYear Studios. located at 201 East 5th St. Suite 320 in the Braintree building.
Participation is completely free, but space is limited. We encourage interested students to sign up as soon as possible to secure their spot.
