Why is the Ohio Republican Party sending ads about the Democratic Primary?
As a registered Democrat, I was surprised to receive a political ad from the Ohio Republican Party about our Democratic Party Primary. Why would the opposition party be interested in the Democratic Primary Election?
The ad is a backhanded attempt to get attention for the candidate in the Democratic Primary who is not Ken Harbaugh, and was designed to steer votes toward towards this other candidate by using buzzwords. It is some seriously sneaky, Soviet level propaganda.
Why would they be trying to influence this primary? Is it because they know that Ken Harbaugh is a true threat to unseat Bob Gibbs, whose record in Congress is simply awful? Is it because Ken Harbaugh has a proven track record of service above self and actually accomplishing things?
Why would the Republicans want this other guy? While I don’t know this guy personally, I do know that he works for Timken. I also know that the Timken name appears repeatedly, and in large sums, in donation reports that Republican Bob Gibbs has filed over the years. Coincidence? Is there something fishy going on here?
Democrats, don’t be fooled by this under handed, reverse psychology nonsense that the Ohio Republican Party is sending out.
Vote for Ken Harbaugh in the Democratic primary.
