It took an extra set but the Ontario Warriors Volleyball team handled the Marion Harding Presidents on Thursday.
Marion Harding snatched the first set by a score of 25-19. It would not happen again.
The Lady Warriors stormed back to take the next sets 25-16, 25-8, and 25-10.
Ontario’s Jocelyn Porter put up big numbers with 34 assists and 15 digs. Hannah Beh dominated at the net with 20 kills and 8 solo blocks. Taylor Hartz also scooped 17 digs for Ontario.
The Lady Warriors 7-5 overall with a 2-3 record in the NOL.
Up next, Ontario will host the Fredericktown Freddies on September 16.
