HAYESVILLE – Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers have charged a Malvern man with operating a vehicle under the influence.
Kevin J. Lindeman, 61, was arrested after failing to stop for a stop sign at Township Road 1904 and State Route 60.
A State Trooper observed Lindeman driving westbound on Township Road 1904 when the violation occurred. Lindeman has 7 prior O.V.I. convictions.
He was charged with operating a vehicle impaired and failure to stop for a stop sign.
Lindeman is required to appear in the Ashland Municipal Court on April 1, 2022 for his initial appearance.
Troopers were assisted at the scene by Aber’s Towing.
