MANSFIELD — The Holden Agency has announced the addition of James Angeloff to its team of real estate agents.
According to a company press release, the native of Mansfield possesses a significant number of certifications and experience in the areas of real estate, personal property, estates, antiques and car sales at auction.
He earned his real estate license in 1996. In the same year, he attended the Walton School of Auctioneering in Medina where he received his Auctioneer license. In addition, Angeloff attended the Certified Appraisers Guild of America in Kansas City, where he became a Certified Personal Property Appraiser in 2008.
For the past 37 years, he has worked in retail as an employee of the Kroger Co.
Jerry Holden, owner of The Holden Agency, was intrigued by Angeloff’s experience and expertise for the agency’s customers.
“Having another auctioneer on our staff will be tremendously valuable for our company, especially one of Jim’s caliber,” Holden said. “There are a significant number of estates and farms in the markets we serve, so Jim will be a great asset for those customers. We look forward to supporting him and giving him the platform to provide a seamless, frictionless auction experience to our clients.”
Angeloff’s personal interests include classic cars, auto racing antiques and auctions. He resides in Mansfield with his wife, Kim, with whom he has four daughters and one grandson.
