MANSFIELD — Hamilton Insurance Group, Inc. has announced the expansion of its employee benefits practice with the hiring of Holli Robinson as its in-house Benefits Specialist.

Robinson will lead the agency’s growing health benefits work, helping employers design, enroll and manage medical, dental and vision coverage for their teams.

The expansion gives employers a single local partner for both their business insurance and their employee health benefits, backed by hands-on enrollment support and modern benefits administration technology.

“As Hamilton Insurance continues its growth, we remain focused on delivering the highest level of service to our clients,” said Michael Hamilton, Vice President of Employee Benefits at Hamilton Insurance Group. “I am delighted to welcome Holli Robinson to our team as a Benefits Specialist.

“Her expertise in managing complex benefits administration and modernizing our enrollment workflows is invaluable. Holli’s addition to our team ensures we can scale our operations effectively while continuing to provide the personalized, expert guidance that defines our agency.”

Robinson brings a decade of employee benefits experience. She began her career in Texas in 2016, where she became licensed and traveled the state helping employers enroll their employees in benefits.

She has spent 10 years building benefits administration systems and designing enrollment strategies on platforms including Employee Navigator, bswift and PlanSource, and adds 8 years of marketing strategy and execution across a range of industries.

In 2018 she earned the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation from the National Association of Health Underwriters (now NABIP).

Robinson tells employers that employee benefits are “return-to-work-quickly” insurance for the life events that take people away from work, and she thrives on connecting the dots between insurance, technology and people.

“At the core of my work is a commitment to curiosity and empathy,” Robinson said. “I believe that everyone has a story to tell, even through their business.

“I enjoy being part of the effort that brings that story to life.”

Robinson is also invested in the Mansfield community. She and her husband, Ian Robinson, own Old Dog Outpost, a Mansfield antiques store featuring oddities and curiosities from near and far.

Proceeds benefit their service dog nonprofit and other community projects. Employers interested in reviewing their health benefits can reach Robinson at holli@hamiltonins.net or 419-526-4700.
