Darlene L. Brown, age 91 of Mansfield, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at Mansfield Memorial Homes. She was born on February 7, 1935, in Mansfield to the late Earl C. and Isabel L. (Bittinger) Sweval, and on August 14, 1954, she married her husband Robert A. Brown, Sr.
She is survived by her children Robert A. (Roberta Stapleton) Brown, Jr., Ramona Good, and Patricia Brown, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Isabel Sweval; her husband Robert A. Brown, Sr.; her son Donald Brown; and numerous siblings.
Per Darlene’s wishes, no formal services will be observed. A private burial will be held at Mansfield Cemetery.
