Carol W. Grubb, 84, of Mansfield passed away September 10, 2026 at her home of pancreatic cancer.
Carol was born January 25, 1942 in Crestline to Everett and Martha Poffenbaugh Swain, She was a graduate of Crestline High School and called Crestline her home for the majority of her life, Carol worked at Lumberman’s, and more recently at the photo lab at the Ontario Walmart. She also cleaned houses and loved her own cake decorating business she had from her home, especially making cakes for her grandkids birthdays. Her true love was the time she spent with her grandkids and taking care of family.
Survivors include her daughters Regina Bigger, Nicole (Mike) Mills; grandchildren: Amber (Thomas) Dornbusch, Anthony Mills, Kaleb Mills, Kameron Mills, Kyle Mills, Haley Grubb, Kent Grubb; great grandchildren Levi and Catherine Dornbusch.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Grubb; daughter Michelle Mills; granddaughter Kassidy Mills.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 from 2:00 – 3:00pm at Herlihy Funeral Home, 173 Park Avenue West. Burial will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
